  • Do you offer consultations?

    Yes, each client will be given a complimentary consultation. Just call or email us to set up a meeting or to discuss your catering needs.

  • Do you offer tastings?

    Tastings are made available by request only. A time will be allocated, and the cost for a tasting will be determined depending on the items requested. Typical tastings start at $65 and go up from there based on the selection. Not all items can be made for a tasting because of the small amount needed. Tastings are generally for 2 people.

  • Can I place orders for pick up?

    Yes! We offer a call-in service that allows clients to request custom food orders. With custom orders, clients are able to customize the quantity of their order and the date that they will need it. Price varies depending on requests. We try to accommodate all orders but will be limited to staffing/kitchen limitations.

  • What is covered in the quote?

    Our full-service pricing includes black linens for the food and beverage tables and all necessary serving pieces for the food/drink items purchased. It includes delivery, setup, maintenance, and cleanup of serving and drink lines. It also includes a clear plastic plate, cup, silver visions flatware, and a white paper napkin. Service staff members are included for two hours from the time the event/reception starts. After guests have been through the serving lines, all remaining food will be packaged up. We will make a final pass through the seating area 15 minutes before we leave to pick up any garbage on the guest tables. Any remaining items on the tables after that point will be your responsibility to remove.


    Additional service staff are available to cut the cake, serve the punch, etc, at $35 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per staff member. WE DO NOT PROVIDE OR SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. We must have a 10-day notice in order to schedule the required staff members, and payment in full is required 7 days before the event.


    If you are flipping your venue, there is an additional charge for wait time since we arrive before the event starts in order to be set up and out of the way. We are not responsible for setting up any tables, chairs, linens, decorations, etc., except for the napkin and flatware during the flip.

  • What other fees should I expect in my quote?

    All fees will be discussed at the time of your consultation. As a company policy, we reserve the right to add a food cost surcharge based on current commodity prices. The fee is added to the invoice to offset increases in food costs that are rising at levels that we cannot maintain accurate menu pricing.


    Bistro On The Ridge reserves the right to adjust any quoted price should the customer request options, which include, but are not limited to, the following : items not on the menu, outdoor venus, venues without adequate workspace, or events on holidays.

  • Is there a deposit required to reserve a date?

    Dates are booked on a first-come basis. A 25% deposit is required to secure the date for your event. This deposit confirms your reservation and guarantees our services on that date. We do our best to accommodate all requests if time permits and the date is available. A final count is due 7 days before the event. All deposits are non-refundable. Any increases in count within the 7 days prior to the event will be accommodated if at all possible. No refunds on any event canceled within the 7-day window before the event.

  • What are the terms of payment?

    A final count and payment is due 7 days before the event unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, cashier’s check, personal/company check, and all major credit cards.

  • What do you do with the leftover food from my event?

    Generally, our servers will pack up leftover food and send it with you at the end of the event. We ask that if you do not want your leftovers that, you let us know ahead of time, and we will donate to City Youth Ministries or another organization located here in Jonesboro. Certain food may have to be disposed of at the end of the event due to time setting out and health department rules. We would be happy to discuss this during the consultation.

  • How far will you travel? Travel fees?

    We generally like to stay within a 2-hour radius of our kitchen to guarantee the quality of our food. We are not opposed to traveling further, but we need to know at the time of the consultation. All orders delivered within 25 miles of Bistro On The Ridge Catering are at no charge. All orders over 25 miles will include a travel fee to be determined during the consultation.
